To plan your audit, follow these steps.


Plan Your Audit

  1. Select Audits from Accreditation Manager
  2. Choose +Plan Audit
  3. In Step 1, provide all of the required fields
  4. When you are satisfied with your initial data entry, click Save Step 1.
  5. Step 2 is related to how you plan on creating the Clauses, Requirements and Questions in your audit.
    There are three methods to populate your clauses within the audit:

    A. Manually create each Clause and Question
    B. Copy an existing audit
    C. Import audit Clauses and Questions from a template
  6. Once you have selected an option, choose to finish the Planning Step or start the Schedule Phase.



Notes: 

  • Make sure to create any Audit Templates prior to starting the Plan Audit Phase.
