To plan your audit, follow these steps.


Plan Your Audit

  1. Select Audits from QMS Navigator menu under Quality.
  2. The audit module is broken up into three parts.  Click the Plan Your Next Audit button to get started.
  3. In Step 1, provide all of the required fields.
  4. When you are satisfied with your initial data entry, click Go To Next Step.
  5. Step 2 is related to how you plan to create the Clauses, Requirements and Questions in your audit.
    There are three methods to populate your clauses within the audit:

    A. Manually create each Clause and Question
    B. Copy an existing audit
    C. Import audit Clauses and Questions from a template
  6. Selecting to copy or import an existing template, once you have selected the item you wish to copy into your new audit, you will see a list of all the clauses that will be imported.
  7. Once you have selected how you wish to create your Clause and Questions, choose Complete Wizard.




Notes: 

  • Make sure to create any Audit Templates prior to starting the Plan Audit Phase.
