#1 Reset your password on your own by selecting 'Forgot Password' from the login page. An email with further details will be automatically sent to the email address NAPT has associated with your profile. 


#2 Contact NAPT Staff and request to confirm/update your login credentials.


Access to the NAPT Customer Portal relies heavily on a valid email address and password.
