Upon receiving your kit, please inspect all contents carefully to ensure there are no missing items or damage.
Once the inspection is complete, log in to the NAPT Customer Portal to report the kit’s condition and mark it as “ILC-PT Arrived.”
After this step, you’ll gain access to digital copies of the Data Reporting Sheet and Instruction Sheet for reference during your ILC/PT participation.
