All NAPT binders have been removed from the kits. All documentation associated with your ILC/PT enrollment is now available online on your NAPT Customer Portal.
After inspecting the kit contents, please log in to the Customer Portal to indicate the condition of the kit and mark it as "ILC-PT Arrived." Once this step is complete, you will have access to digital copies of the Data Reporting Sheet and Instruction Sheet for your reference during participation in the ILC/PT.
