All NAPT Binders have been removed from their kits. All documentation associated with your ILC/PT enrollment is available online on your NAPT Customer Portal. After inspecting the kit contents, please log in to the NAPT Customer Portal to indicate the condition of the kit and mark the kit as "ILC-PT Arrived." Once that is complete, you will have access to digital copies of the Data Reporting Sheet and the Instruction Sheet for your reference while participating in your ILC/PT.
