The NAPT Customer Portal allows you to create shareable links that your technicians can use to submit their data through a mobile-friendly interface. Technicians are not required to log in to the Customer Portal and can submit only one set of data per shared link. 


Shareable links can be created for both NAPT Sponsored ILC-PTs and the NAPT Intra Wizard. 


NAPT Sponsored ILC-PT

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. 
  2. Select "ILC-PT" from the top menu. 
  3. From an ILC-PT that requires data submission, click the "Action Needed: Submit Results" link. 
  4. Select "Click to show the share link" to generate a shareable link. 
  5. The shareable link will appear. Copy and paste the link to distribute it to your technicians. 


NAPT Intra Wizard

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal. 
  2. Select "Intra" from the top menu. 
  3. Select an "In-Progress" Intra and go to the Participants tab.
  4. Select "Submit Results" from a participant who has not yet submitted their results. Then, select "Click to show the share link" to generate the link. 
  5. The shareable link will appear.  Copy and paste the link to distribute it to your technicans.



Note: A shareable link will only appear if the ILC-PT has a technician assigned.
